Responsibilities:

• Responsible for research and developing formula for new and existing products both pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements to match the market trends and comply with regulations
• Plan and monitor R&D activities for new products and report to R&D manager
• Analyse and summarize the research results
• Issue the documents for regulatory submission
• Coordinate with production and other related departments to optimize manufacturing  process and transfer to production line
• Provide coaching, consulting and appraising to subordinates for the expected performance
• Continually strengthen the team to perform high output at a reasonable cost
